Yup...no time to knit this week - we're painting the bedroom. Ms. If-I'm-Gonna-Spend-A-Whole-Week-Of-My-Life-Painting-It's-Gonna-Be-Done-RIGHT goes head-to-head with Mr. Nobody-Will-Notice-That-Little-Glitch(x100). Since we live in a Cape Cod, and our bedroom is the finished attic, painting the bedroom is roughly the equivalent of painting the entire interior of the house. God help us. Send beer.
LOL......have a beer for me!
ReplyDeletePainting with your pearl bracelet. LOL
ReplyDeleteBeen there, have the scars (both emotional and physical) to prove it! Much luck to you both!!! lol
ReplyDeleteHonestly; I love being covered in paint. Everytime we have a set painting day at the theatre I come home a rainbow of colors. It's a good feeling though. You feel you earned your rest that night having worked hard and you have physical evidence of your work. :) Also, I wear the same jeans every time so I can look at each color spot and think "That red is from this show, that blue is from that show." etc. LOVE IT!!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I feel your pain, Laurie. Really. Sending you some fine Canadian (virtual) beer :)
ReplyDeletePainting and I dont get along. I drip, splatter, spill, sometimes get paint on the walls but usually make a huge mess. You go girl!
ReplyDeleteThis is Exactly what I look like when I paint! How do those ladies on HGTV do it in their designer clothes and not a drop of paint on them? BTW, love the blue polish!
ReplyDeletexo Erin
